Synopsis
Pete Townshend reinvented what rock music could be, turning THE WHO into one of the era's biggest and most boundary-pushing bands. But at the height of that success, Townshend hit a breaking point that nearly destroyed his band and himself. Out of that crisis came Lifehouse, an ambitious, deeply personal project that pushed him to the edge and sent him on a journey of self-discovery that would quietly reshape rock history. BEHIND BLUE EYES reveals a hidden chapter of rock history, where one man's personal crisis became a catalyst for modern music itself.
